No experience required! We’re ready to give you all the tools you need to take your stand up paddling to the next level. Maui Surf and Sup can help you master the techniques to becoming better at SUP. By taking one of our private lessons you get complete hands on assistance, along with the reassurance of safety, because all of our guides are American Red Cross CPR and First aid certified.

During whale season, we offer a 7am whale watch stand up paddle tour starting mid December through mid March.

We offer a 8am (favorite) and 10am Sup tour. 

All lessons come with a board, rash guard and complementary GoPro photo package.
